At Bling Empire Co., we want you to love your nails. That’s why we offer a 1-week free exchange program for any sizing issues on our press-on nail sets.
FREE SIZE EXCHANGE – HOW IT WORKS
If you receive a nail set that doesn't fit, we’re happy to exchange it for a different size—at no extra cost to you. Here's what to do:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via Instagram DM at @bling.empire.co

Let us know your order number and which size you’d like to exchange for.

The product must be unworn, with no glue residue or signs of use on the nails.

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Mail back the original set within 7 days of receiving it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out the adjusted size.
OUT OF STOCK EXCHANGE SIZES
If the requested size is no longer available, we’ll contact you via Instagram DM to arrange an alternative—either a different design, size, or store credit.
NO REFUNDS
At this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues under the terms listed above.
