Gilt & Grain lives in the warm end of neutral — the tone of sun-faded linen, wheat fields in late afternoon, skin in August. The base is a soft caramel nude that works across a wide range of skin tones without disappearing into them. Against that warmth: hand-painted pink and white florals with rhinestone centers, scattered speckle detailing in black and copper, and 3D gold foil petals that catch light the way jewelry does. Botanical without being precious about it.
The set contains 10 nails in a short-to-medium square shape, labeled and sorted for left (L) and right (R) hands. The design alternates between accent nails featuring painted florals with crystal centers or raised gold appliqués, and speckle nails with a glossy gel top coat over a warm nude base. Placement and petal count shift slightly across the set — the way hand-painted things do.
Each nail is built from scratch. The base is laid in thin gel layers, cured between each coat, then hand-painted using a fine liner brush for the floral outlines and petal fills. The speckle effect is applied by flicking pigment with a dry brush before the seal coat goes down. Gold floral appliqués are placed individually and pressed into a soft gel layer before final curing, so they sit flush at the edges while remaining dimensional at the center.
Application takes about 15 minutes. Included glue tabs give 5–7 days of wear — enough for a trip, a week of events, or a slow rotation. With nail glue, expect 2–3 weeks. To remove: soak in warm water or cuticle oil until the bond softens, then ease off from the side. The 3D elements are sealed well, but treat them gently during removal and they'll hold through multiple wears. Store back in the original tray.

- Blings are available in XS, S, and M & L perfectly fitting different nail sizes and shapes.
How to choose your size:
- Printed measuring tool: For accurate sizing, simply print our template to measure your nail beds.
- Alternative measuring method: Use a piece of paper or tape to mark the edges of your nail bed.
Lay it flat and measure the distance using your phone’s digital ruler or a regular ruler.
Estimated size recommendations:
- XS: Suitable for petite hands and teens.
- S: Fits most women (60% of our customers fall under this size range)
- M: Recommended for larger hands or flatter nail beds. (Also a very common size)
- L: Extended sizing for very wide nail beds. (Not very common, select with caution)

- If you’re not sure about the size, we recommend to size up (e.g., choose M instead of S). Larger nails can be filed down for a perfect fit, while smaller nails cannot be adjusted. We include a nail file in each package so you can easily fine-tune the fit.

To check if a nail set fits, press the nail firmly against your nail bed. If the nail matches the width of your cuticle, it's the right size. It's normal for some natural nail to show on the sides, especially if you have fan- or triangle-shaped nails. If this bothers you, choose a larger size and file the cuticle area to better fit your nail shape.

Most of our nails are flexible and easy to apply. However, styles with extra charms may feel more rigid. If this happens, dip the nails in boiling water for 2 seconds to soften them. Be cautious to avoid burns.

- Sticky tabs: Soak your hands in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes, then gently remove the nails using a wooden pick tool.
- Semi-solid glue / Quick Set Glue: Use the included remover and follow our removal instructions.
- UV stickies / UV glue: Use our solid glue remover spray. If you’re out of remover, use olive oil with the soaking method. Never forcibly rip off your nails.
